Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 working days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - 

Please allow 2 working days to process your order.

Orders can be picked up daily between 10am - 2pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING 

Standard Delivery  2 - 5 days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free delivery is available for orders over £250.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For international shipping please contact us. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chemical Laboratories Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 24 hrs on 01686 522033 / info@chemlabs.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
